You can do the same with NPM - node -v - which should echo the version of NPM installed on your system. In the next step, we’ll proceed to create a new example project from the command-line. This should echo the version of NodeJS you just installed. Open a new command-line interface and run the following command: npm install -g angular/cli This will install angular/cli v14.0.0 at the time of writing this tutorial. Once you have NodeJS installed, you can verify whether it’s working by running node -v on your CLI/Terminal application. NPM is bundled with NodeJS, so you don’t have to worry about that.
